The PBR Rundown – 2-Oct

After shaking the rust off last week in Caboolture, the riders of the PBR Australia Monster Energy Tour head up the Bruce Highway to the Rum City for the 2020 Bundaberg Invitational.

Across the Pacific, the PBR Unleash the Beast and Velocity Tours roar back onto our screens with events in Nebraska and Wyoming.

2020 PBR Australia Monster Energy Tour

As we saw last weekend, the 30 rider field for the 2020 Bundaberg Invitational will each face a bull in the long round with the Top-8 returning for a Championship Round. This will be the case for both the afternoon and evening sessions with a maximum of 80 points available in each event towards the 2020 PBR Australian National Standings.

Lachlan Richardson widened the gap between himself and Aaron Kleier in the National Standings last weekend, so I am sure the defending National Champion will be aiming for a big result in Bundy to keep the race tight.

Caboolture event winners Jack McArthur and Kelsey Pavlou will be hoping for another strong showing to consolidate their Top-10 positions on the leaderboard, while young-guns Brady Fielder, Lane Mellers and Lawson Nobbs will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing last stop.

Check back early on Saturday for The Morning Line for some predictions and highlight matchups, or you will can find it on the PBR Australia website from mid-morning.

Check out the full daysheets for Bundaberg here.

2020 PBR Velocity Tour

Mackay bull rider Ky Hamilton has entered the Velocity Tour event up in Wyoming. He has drawn Highly Favoured from Rafter JML Cattle and Lewallen in the long round of the first event.

The field for Event 1 is pretty stacked, but there are a bunch of riders heading to the UTB event following night 1, so we will have to wait and see how the draw looks for the second event.

Here is the daysheet for Event 1 in Casper.

2020 PBR Unleash the Beast

There are no Australian riders appearing in the Premier Series daysheet.

You can view the daysheet for Lincoln here.

Stay tuned to Ride The Rage for coverage and a full wrap up of the weekend’s action early next week!
