Richardson added to Global Cup squad

Team Australia Coach Troy Dunn (Bloomsbury, QLD) has added the current PBR Australia number two rided rider Cliff Richardson (Gresford, NSW) to his squad for February’s PBR Global Cup in Arlington, Texas.

Richardson has covered an impressive four bulls from his five outs at PBR Global Cup level to finish 8th at both the Edmonton and Sydney events. With a 2018 riding percentage of almost 50%, the 27-year-old looks the ideal man to lead Australia into battle once again.

Back in August, Lachlan Richardson (Gresford, NSW) and Nathan Burtenshaw (Coonamble, NSW) were the first two members added to the squad. Team Australia will look to go one better after being narrowly defeated by Team Brazil at the PBR Global Cup Sydney.

Team Australia will be finalised by 1 December with 4 more riders to be added.
