It is quite a lean week in the PBR, but Springfield is always one of the most exciting events on the calendar so it will pay to tune into RidePass and watch.

Saturday – PBR Unleash the Beast – Springfield, MO.
Kurt Shephard will be the lone Aussie competing in North America this weekend. Round 1 of the three-day event in Springfield will be an ABBI Classic Round, and Shephard looks to have drawn well.
Skyfall has been covered a few times this season, and he has an action that looks to suit left-handers. We last saw him ridden in Belton a few weeks back by Andrew Alvidrez for 87 points. The bull turns back to the left and boxes with some forward movement.
Sunday – PBR Unleash the Beast – Springfield, MO.
The ABBI Classic and Maturity competition continues and in Round 2 Shephard will face JC’s Gangster from JC’s Dream Team and Jenkins Cattle.
We have previously seen this bull hauled by Kyle Wallgren and he has been ridden just once this season from five PBR outs. He turns back to the left with good timing but his strength gets him his wins. JC’s Gangster is a solid 42-point bull with buck offs between the 3 and 6-second mark.
Monday – PBR Unleash The Beast – Springfield, MO.
Big City from Plummer and Hart Cattle will be the opponent for Shephard in the final long round.
This bull has bucked at a bunch of Unleash The Beast tour events this year and has been covered 5 of 11 times in 2019. Left-handed riders have a good record against this bull despite the fact he bucks out of the right and to the right. He has a fast action and spins on a dime with a lot of up and down. The average ride score is in the mid to high 80-point range.
